Gertrude sleeps soundly

Lack of sleep can be very debilitating; it can impact on so many aspects of day to day life, interfering with energy and concentration levels, and often lowering our mood.

Getting a good night’s sleep is important for us all; we talk about this here at SoeMac routinely as we go about our daily lives; how much better we all feel after a restful night’s sleep. Neil admits that he gets a little grumpy, and Sue and Lou both find it harder to concentrate.

But what if you are one of the thousands of people who find it hard to sleep on a regular basis? Over the past few years, we’ve receive some wonderful feedback from people like you, who’ve shared their concerns about their own sleep, and often, over prolonged periods of time.
